I need help!

Ok, so I have 2 problems, so Ill go ahead and just say them.

#1. This problem is that I have a custom texture main menu but its not working. By that I mean its not appearing as different and nothings changed. If I cant figure out how to fix it, Ill just get a different though. It could just be that its in the wrong folder as well.

#2 This is probably the bigger problem because my common_5.pac freezes my game. It freezes just as the loading symbol starts spinning. Ive checked to make sure that everything is the right size and stuff like that (I can upload it for you to see yourself If you want) but nothing has come up as wrong.

Please help me with these problems people or I might be like  my whole life! Please help!

Answer for Question 1 : well it might actually be because the file isnt in the right place. im not too sure where it goes but make sure you make a folder called pfmenu2 on the root of the SD card, (if your using Riivolution). im not too sure if this will work so just in case make sure that you also place the Main Menu hack in the System folder as well.

if your using gecko then you put the pfmenu2 folder in the directory : private: wii: app: RSB(E) or (P) depending on what you have: and place it there. once you put it there you place the main menu texture there. be sure to name it right.


Answer for Question 2: well depending on what your using will determine what you need to name you Common5.pac

If your using Riivolution make sure that you name it to Common5_en.pac, then you place it in the System folder.

if your using Gecko make sure that the file is name Common5.pac then you put that in the System folder.


that should get both of your problems to work. if it doesnt PM me about it and give me some details about what exactly is messing up.

for menu hacks it goes in:
 private/wii/app/RSBE/pfmenu2/file
*thats not a typo it goes in the folder pfmenu2*

for the common5 issue i'm assuming ur doing CSS edits and such u should use a sc_selcharacter.pac instead
it goes in:
private/wii/app/RSBE/pf/menu2/file
