anyway to vertex without 3ds max 8?

as the title say
since my 3ds max 8 wont work anymore no matter i use crack/keygen/whatever
I Dont Take Requests & Dont Do Brawl Mods anymore Maybe Sm4sh modz later

Normally you can vertex with dasdonkey box, but it's considered if I'm not mistaken, as an old method. You can also if I recall correctly vertex with Blender, but I have no more informations about this, but i'm sure Tcll can lighten you on Blender.

Anim8tor. Free alternative if using DasDonkey Vertex box.

Well there's no other way to vertex unless you can get 3DS Max 9 instead of 8. I use 9.
