I need help

Hi i ported a stage part onto a new stage and i postioned it in a new spot but when i play on the stage the part is in the same spot from before i moved it what did i do wrong?

You need to change the models animation position.  If you just change the position of the model itself it will do absolutely nothing.

O.k how do i do that?,or is there a video explaining how do so?
