Yep just download Smash Attacks (latest version), Brawlbox (you should have this) and the Effects files for the characters as this has all their Fit****.pac and Fit****motionetc.pac files.  And as recommended check out the tutorials.  Also search WackaAlpaca on Youtube as he has a pretty epic tutorial video.

That will be complicated. would you be removing his actual throws, making him just throw an orb? Or just make him throw an orb after throwing the opponent, like Fox/Falco's blaster throws?

Either way, you will have to offset a hitbox that moves outward from him. Get the timing right for it. Then offset a graphic effect to follow it.
