Well I haven't heard from neon in awhile, but I think he told me he's holding off on the PSA till I finish my stuff. Meaning he has the PSA edited to the last motion file, but he's waiting to get the motion file from me and shifting the PSA to match it. I dunno o-o I also hope he doesn't mind that I scratched a few of his animations and made my own in place >.< and that I changed up a few moves
EDIT: I've also been messing with him, and realized if we keep him the way he is he's a bit Over Powered so I've made him a bit more strategic. While he does move fast and can hit hard, his attacks are a bit slow. So time things right for the best results

once the PSA is done, i will test it, give you feedback, and record it for when you release a beta just what i was planing to do Luffy vs. Goku (maybe even Gotenks if i get anything ready) |

O-O Actually I couldn't do this alone. I have no idea how to work actual PSA, I'm just an animator. I'll just continue to constantly work on animations, and if I end up finish a whole hell of alot and he's not back, I'll regretfully be forced to ask someone else to take his place

I'm sorry for being gone so long, anyways, I had seen you had finished a lot of animations. I had tried to log in to say thanks for the hard work, but then it happened. For some reason it kept saying check your cookies setting, which I did. I then came back again, but then the site said it was under construction. So I thought that they were fixing this problem. I had waited, and waited, until it was finally time for ACT testing! And here I am practically two months later to say I'm sorry for my absence and that I'm more than ready to work up a storm! Let's kick shell!!!
