could someone answer this simple qeustion

i want to use rels for pal version of ssbb i found the rels for pal
and i use riivolution one way to use textures for riivolution is of course the ssbb folder on the root of your sd
but i do it a different way
i use riivolution with the folder private/wii etc etc

what folders do i make to put the (example st_earth.rel) in
i heard something about module folder?
