i think u should make his Neutral A move like his side taunt animation with electrical damage.

Which taunt is that? If you mean his shaking his fur, that's the one I was planning to use.

For crouching fierce punch, you could just have his lying down animation and sliding forward.

you could add Reverse Direction before the hitboxes, then reverse it back after.
Thing is, for both of those, will he be facing the right way? I'm not sure.
