Reports =/= Valid Reports.   Staff can say if you made 10 valid ones or not. :)

Reports you've made and posts you've deleted both count as topics, but they are not considered when assigning that award.

A Bloody Canadian needs the Novice Restorer award.

Legacy needs the Rising Restorer award.
Look at my CSPs. While you're at it, come and help fix some broken hacks.. Don't stop! Check out LSTeam's cBliss recolor project.

X Topics Created + Y Reports Made + Z Post Deleted = Total Topics Started, which is shown in your profile.

But the award is only based on X value, Topics Created. Something like that, right?
