Fanboy; Yeah sure why not have more series! I was just kinda hoping that they would each get their own pins, a Sonic pin for sonic fans, a dragon ball pin for dragon ball fans ect. I'd hate to JUST be labled a generic fanboy, but if i were to receive a pokeball pin I would wear it with pride. And I was just trying to point out that i have two pikachus in my vault. One with a bandana and one with a hat. I don't consider those to be pokemon hacks... because i didn't actualy make a new pokemon. But yeah sonic would be hard to manage >.> I'd say just count all sonics because there are just too many.
Instant Fame; lol yeah i guess 500 is a bit unrealistic... I think beyond may have done it with zero v3 but i cant remember. maybe 300-350. I thought this one would be relativly easy to track because well. you don't really see that many things get that many downloads. So when you do. you remember it. Also I think it would be more of a user initiative award, but if you do do something like it, I'll be sure to keep an eye out. Also, theres no way of checking who ever acheived that number so you'd just have to start off fresh. Asept for blackjax, we all know he did it.
Persistant; wouldn't be too hard, just search v5, v6, v7 ect. I don't think people will abuse it JUST to get a badge also I think any improvements should be encouraged. (I still need to update my old hacks >.>)
Mooch; Just trying to be more diverse, there are some people out there who only know how to make recolors. I actualy reallllyyy like it when people make recolors for my hacks... dosn't happen often tho. Maybe we can exclude shadow and goku from this =P
Pin Geek; Yeah maybe 15 is a bit much. I like 10. Idk, theres always gonna be new pins being made.
Supporter; hmm, make more support pins available!

Oh yeah and I noticed that there are a number of Hacking tourneys that don't have awards. Is there a specific reason why only the Varicolour Contest has an award?

Because its owner was the only one to ask for an award. .-. If you guys have a tourney, feel free to ask for one. We kinda made the awards for stuff like that. |

Oh, this is cool. I like this kind of things, coming up with ideas and such. I just have some simple ideas which some may be the obvious ones to come up with. I think I like coming up with names of the award rather than the reason for the award. lol
Stage Hacks Awards
The Architect
- Have made XXX stage hacks.
Realtor (or The Real-State Agent)
- Have XXXX amount of downloads for a stage hack.
or
- Have XXXX amount of downloads for XX stage hacks.
Music Hacks Awards
Music Enthusiast
- Have made XXX mount of audio tracks.
Music Fiend (Upgrade from Enthusiast)
- Have made (more) XXX mount of audio tracks.
Uprising DJ
- Has XXX amount of downloads for a track.
Renown DJ (or Daft Punk/deadmau5) (Upgrade from Uprising)
- Have XXXX amount of download for XX track.
Characters Hacks
Alchemist
- Creating XX new characters. Characters made by the artists own ideas.
Necromancer
- Resurrecting XX amount of classic/old characters back from the past.
Hacks in General
Innovator
- Award for creating something new, that's hasn't been done before. A hack one of it's kind. Either a new stage or vertex character.
Multitasker
- Awarded for having done XX amount of stage, characters, tracks.

Also, I'm surprised there weren't awards for the Top 5 and number 1 winners of the KC-MM awards. That's mainly my fault though, since they kinda just fizzled out at the end. But just so you remember, the top 5 were Beyond, Aafyre, Mewtwo2000, PhantomWings and myself and Beyond was the overall winner. |

Give this man a medal. Or another award. I like all of these, and most importantly, all of them are extremely easy to find and assign. Pretty sweet ideas (I like the titles). But, like some other awards that were suggested early, they'd probably require me to find one or two assistants to browse hundreds of BV galleries. .-. *** I'll try and make an ordered list of every suggestion that has been given here and point out some design ideas. It should be getting very confusing for SJS at this point. .-. |
