Rage award shows more that you've absolutely nothing eyecatching in your Vault. And I'm sure that's partially the reason that Blog Curators are here for...
But there should be something that allows you to chose the order of your awards (if there isn't one already.), because if you have one of these shameful award, well... It's kinda dissapointing to have to show it all around... Jussayin'... |

I know for a fact that the vast majority of the public here cares more about free products than actual quality. I mean, we're kinda modding an old Wii game after like 6 years, instead of buying new stuff. That's pretty telling.  |

Not sure what you mean by "move", considering I've already established it can be found in all sorts of places.
If by "does it move?" you mean "Will finding the cookie in one place mean I won't be able to find it where it was before?" then no, that's not the case.
If you find the Cookie somewhere, then it may be anywhere else at the same time. It can always reappear where you found it too. Because a cookie always returns to the scene of the crime.
