No. As I said, they're the staff staff managing the French side of the community.
If other forums of the sort pop up like that and ask for Awards, they might get one too. But so far, they're the only ones like that.
And since the ESH pin was still present in the OP even tho the DD one wasn't... it was natural to think the ESH pin still remained active.
Which is why I fixed it.

Not yet. But we'll try to make it happen, eventually.

No, it doesn't apply to stages.
I would love to make the stage side of this award, but for stages, the situation is kinda different. REL porting stages is much more common than character porting, and so there's this huge gap between stages in the Vault.
To give you an idea, most stages have one or two pages of hacks. Final Destination has 23. So I'm not sure about making a stage award for that, as it would be pretty unfair all in all by excluding most stage hackers having their stages on Final Destination.
But there WILL be some stage-exclusive pins, don't worry. We just have to find ideas for them and implement them.
