That's the kinda thing that will need an automated process to happen. Which I think won't be done until we get the Vault updated completely. So you went with views only huh? Is there going to be an award for comments only as well then? Seeing as we talked about it before.
When I actually went through the numbers, I noticed that there was a pretty huge scale difference in one single section: Forum Games. Basically, on most of the boards, two topics with the same amount of views had approximately the same nuber of replies. In Forum games, that number is doubled, tripled, and more, so I didn't really feel like giving an award to basically 20 Forum Gamers and 2 guys like SDoom and Beyond, or something. I'm still not perfectly satified with this scale, though, so if anyone can come up with more variety and balance, I'll be sure to update the scale. (What Pride is mentionning is that I had first thought about making it: Hot Topic: For X amount of views Fiery Topic: For Y amount of replies Super Saiyan Topic: For A views AND B replies, with A>X and B>Y...) |

Lol, especially when Beyond and I are on fire when it comes to these awards XD (15 a piece). As for these new awards, I'd quite like to see what if SJS can upgrade their looks since I know for certain he didn't make these ones.

Ah, most splendid. The three fiery ones look excellent together, and the Elector one is pretty cute. :3
Only point of criticism I have is that the Saiyan badge looks monochrome as a miniature. Perhaps a little more contrast on it? (The big version looks just fine as is.)
Everything has been replaced. Press Ctrl+F5 to see the new ones.
I'll add the unused pins to the 2nd OP, that way people can find some ideas for them.
I'll probably keep the SNES one for the 2012 Gaming Challenge...

I have some ideas, thought I'd share them. Remember, these are just ideas. Some may be silly (maybe all of them I post here are) but there are some silly awards (Shadow pin, Rage etc) that are in effect so anyhow these don't have to be a award at all. Some thoughts about the Monado pin... I have not played Xenoblade, but from what I can research about the Monado, perhaps the pin can have a three-form, since there are 3 variation of this sword. Still not sure what to do with it, but I quote this from the Xenoblade wiki, "The Monado is a powerful energy blade that can grant special abilities to its wielder. The sword can be activated by anyone, at which point it will more than likely take full control of its wielder." Somehow is there a way we can incorporate this into the forum? I'm thinking this may be a staff only pin, since it's grant special abilities to its wielder, things normal users cannot do, like the admins, but we have admin groups thus is a pin necessary for that? Another idea is the pin determines a person's ability to ... do something - I had an idea but not sure what I was going for since I got it from this, "(The Monado) will more than likely take full control of its wielder." This meaning the pin can determine a person's goal of helping someone...? Argh I can't think of it anymore... Perhaps I'm being stupid doing an analysis of a pin that's from a game I have no idea what nor care to play what it is. But, it's there if anyone else wants to brainstorm from. That's all my ideas for now...thanks. |

Precisely the fact the pin could exist, but it is nonetheless a silly idea. Also, the voter pin isn't showing right in the Awards, it still has the orange one. |

I thought I would at least have the Hot Topic one, so I went to my old thread Textures, and thought hm, I'm sure it has at least 30,000. Noticed that my thread had 29,XXX and it's deep, deep in the pages of that section, so it will never been seen again. =c Maybe my new Stage thread will get to that point? *Gets inspiration to make hacks, to get that award* Miacis, thank you for being a mind reader, and knowing that I didn't want the Concerned Elector award to show on my display, you damn magician. ;=o |

I like the companion one. You could have Mario riding Yoshi and them looking at eachother, or Tails flying, carrying Sonic by one hand. Or, you could call it Team Player, and have Captain America and Iron Man shaking hands (since they;re teammates) or have Batman and Robin on it  I'm just naming teams |
