Maybe this could be like the ninja pin? Except have less posts and more time online?
It's just a thought...
The idea is interesting, but the Ninja pin isn't very "active". By that, I mean that there's been only like 2 or three people who got it since the initial release.
(Probably because most people who are online very often have more than 1000 posts, and because the TotalTimeOnline value doesn't increase extremely fast.)
* Poll pin (different from the voter pin) - Someone who created an X amount of polls (25 or 50 or 100)
Polls count already for topic awards so ... not really sure I like the idea.
* Recycler - Someone who has an X amount of posts in the recycling bin.
Waaaaayyyy too easy to abuse.
* Get Out Frog pin - Someone who had the Get Out Frog post on them.
Some people tend to kinda abuse that smiley, so uh ... I dunno, sounds like an unreliable way to award stuff. <_>
* Companion - Someone who has an X amount of Collab hacks on the Vault. (Not downloads)
*like* I'll add this one to the list of ideas.
* Active thread (or some other name) - Someone who has a topic that has an X amount of pages to it. (Not from spam (a person posting til there's X amount pages), only from different posts (from different people) contributing to the the topic )
If you read a few pages back, you'll see that it was an idea I had considered for Fiery Topic. I dismissed that idea because of how much the number of replies is disproportionate in Forum Games compared to the rest of the boards. Awards based on Views tend to be more adequate to describe the importance of a topic.
About the Monado pin .. yeah, not really sure either. It does look great, but I have no idea what to do with it. .w.
