    Yes. Insert the BRSTM's manually into your ISO using WiiScrubber.

    Open the ISO using wiiscrubber, go to the data partition -> sounds, replace the song you want to change by right clicking and selecting REPLACE (for example X04) and just grab the brstm you want in (doesnt need to be renamed) and then it will replace it. It will say when it's done and reload the ISO. Close wiiscrubber and play the game, test the song and voila you're done.
