i feel like i'm being really noobish here, but when naming a file, does letter case matter? Example: if i wanted to put a texture on latias and latios, would naming the file PkMlAtIaSlAtIoSbRrEs (an extreeme example ) do the same thing as pkmlatiaslatiosbrres?

No, but it does sort of matter when making posts. JK Seriously, the letter case doesn't matter.

Files aren't case-sensitive, but it's sometimes good to use capital letters at certain spots.

Maybe it depends on which version your using. I've got files in my Lucario folder like "fitLucario00", "FitLucario02", and "fitlucario04", and they all work just fine.

It's NOT. Every file I have with capital letters loads fine, and PW even said case didn't matter from the beginning it was created.
