it's easier if you use .hex files.. at least in my experience

I tried to follow the guide and i dont get it i also heard that SAWNDZ was better and faster then hex

Dude Seriously, :srs: That Guide is Old that was when sfx hacking was new, now we have sawndz and we dont need to manually hex anymore :>.>palm:

can someone tell how do i use and put CSP on the CSS i know that the things goes in the menu2 folder i mean how do i use it like i get a picture and the name would be MenSelchrFaceB.021 but nothing happens quick help please :srs:

do u know how because im trying to put waluigi sfx for toon link and i put it on sawnds and its a sawnd file and it goes really fast and says done but when i try to preview it it still has toon link and when i try to put the announcer it says "the chosen wave doesn't exist in the subgroup"

You should ask this question on another topic but, In order to input your CSP into Your CSS you need a program called brawlbox. Look at this Guide on Youtube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=68ULd2IyUmE

Dude, Make sure you click insert .swand to insert the .sawnd, not insert or insert hex packet.

Ok get a brand new brsar and try again and make sure its an NTSC Brsar.

Ok try this exactly as I did,
1. I downloaded the brsar from here:  http://www.mediafire.com/?unuztmtmgyy
2.And I downloaded the lastest version of sawndz 0.11 http://forums.kc-mm.com/index.php?topic=22464.0
3.Then I downloaded the waluigi time.sawnd http://www.mediafire.com/?dqdjpdm242016id4.
4.Then I opened up sawndz 0.11 and I clicked insert sawnd and clicked waluigitime.sawnd and thats how I got it to work. :>.>palm:
