Help! How do I use CSPs?

I was using Smash Texturizer, but now it's all glitchy and outdated, and doesn't work anymore on my computer... So how do I create a menu with my own CSPs now that the only software that I know that edit CSPs is now useless? Does someone have an idea? BTW, I use an SD card, not an ISO.

But how? I was asking what files I would need for this, for example, if I need a common5.pac file or something like that. Then I could figure on how to do the rest. And what would be the directory on the SD card?

the files you need depend of what you use, if you use gecko, you ned a sc_selcharacter.pac

if you use riivolution you need a common5.pac
