Removing Water Stage Collisions

Okay well I looked all over the place and even after searching through many stage hacking tutorials, there's nothing on how to mess with or get rid of swimmable water. So I was hoping that somebody could explain to me how to edit this. It makes game play terrible and I want to remove it from so many otherwise wonderful stages. Any help would be much appreciated.

The new Peaches castle by Mewtwo 2000. The stage where it utilizes the bridge

Just put it over Final Destination.

Mewtwo2000's stages are usually compatible with many stages at once.
And it will only be swimmable over Japes.
