making nouns?

lol worst title of topic ever.

i was wondering if anyone had any ideas/ secrets on how to make certain objects for our PSA creations to weild?

i want to make V (V for vendetta) out of Marth. i figured that i would use the slash graphic effect synked to the bones in his hand in order to make knifes (obviously w/o the sword)
but how would I make a hat? i just need a black rectangle. any ideas? he needs a hat.

also, some1 was making a windwaker link PSA. all i think that needs to be added is a deku leaf upB. any ideas of what graphic effect/ other thing can b used?

if you're feeling snarky you could go into marth's file and effect hack something to the color of the hat. (if black is possible for effects)  
then just place them on his head

well thats just it. i need an effect. i know how to dye an effect a color. i know hot to get it on his head. i just need a good effect to use. *shrugs*
