How's this? I kinda rushed it, but overall I think it looks pretty good.

I wasn't sure what to do with the sword, so I didn't change it.

Edit: Hmm, I'm noticing a few parts I can fix, so consider this as just ver1.0. I'll update it later on today, but hopefully this should work for now.

First of all: GREAT
Finally a texture.
Today I won't make a release.
I don't know which time you have but in Germany it's 20.40 o'clock.
That means: I have no time to explain all attacks, to make pictures and at last I don't have my own TV and the other two are in usage.
So take you time the hole day.
Because of no TV I can't look up your texture.
So my only little request(I don't know wheater you did it or not):
Look at Soren's brown belt.
Is it possible to give the Marth such a belt?
And now my suggestion: Make his sheath in the colour like that belt is and the handle of his sword,too. So that his sheath looks like that part of the belt which hangs down. I put the sword into his sheath so the handle should look like his belt.

And remembe this important aspect:
I haven't seen it yet so I don't know how good it is.
But at all. Leave you time. Try to make him perfect. Even if it will take one more day. Main thing is: You do it.
It should be as complex as my hack is.
(And I like Soren really verry much. So I don't want to see Marth.

Thank god for the clone engine, so now I can use this + regular Marth at the same time =D

I don't even get how to use the clone engine.  Ive read the structions like 7 times and still don't understand

Oh wait, never mind, the clone engine can't load the same character twice, or else both will have the moveset =p

whats this about clone engine? I really need to make clones of characters for diff PSAs. my current project (going slow) is to assign diff PSAs for diff costumes. if some1 beat me to it, PLEASE let me know because my ideas are not working out

The clone engine they're talking about is almas' clone engine, which lets you choose a different PSA to use prior to a battle in brawl, by pressing different buttons while selecting a character. that ethod wont allow multiple PSA's of the same character to be used at the same time however.
There is already a method to allow multiple PSA's of Marth, and a few others(Ike and jiggs are the ones i can remember), Rel Porting. If you already know how to do stage porting then it works in a similar way, but requires different values to be changed.

EDIT: I dont think that it will be possible to assign PSA's to costume slots, but you're probs more advanced in this stuff than me
