yea so my sc_selcharacter_en isnt working if somone could take a look a it n tell me whats wrong with it.

Are you using Riivolution or Gecko?
riivolutio i can send u the file to check it out its a special type of riivloution where it could read all the files gecko could. |

I'm having the same problem.
I just switched to Riivolution, and the hacks work fine. But the CSP do not appear, and neither do the SSP. I have both my menu2 files labled with "_en" at the end, as is my common5 PAC.
What did I do wrong?

Okay
When you replace a CSP, make sure you decrease the amount of colours.
If it's too high, it freezes.
I'd recommend getting a new sc_selcharacter_en.pac, then making sure every CSP you replace has under 100 colours.
It may look bad in BrawlBox, but it looks 100 times better in game.
Report back
EDIT: Oh, and I can't test it myself, I use PAL.

You have to import your modified sc_selcharacter.pac into common5.pac if you expect Riivolution to work with your edits.
Riivolution = common5.pac
Gecko OS = sc_selcharacter.pac
@Dratini: Your solution is redundant for Riivolution use.

I have used Riivolution with Brawl a few times, and I had a similar problem as you. The solution for fixing that problem involved common5.pac. Of course, I was using only two codes. |
