Some questions about hacking

Hi folks,

I really like your hacks, but I have a few questions about it...
First of all, I don't own a Wii anymore (I sold a nearly a year ago)
To play Wii games, also SSBB, I use the Dolphin Emulator and it works fine.
My questions are: Do I have to hack the Game with a Wii, or can I do it at my computer and are those games playable on Dolphin Emulator, too?
If it works to hack/edit the game at the computer, please tell me how..

Yes, you can use hacks with Dolphin.

All you have to do is replace the files on the ISO using WIiscrubber.

I downloaded WiiScrubber 1.4..
I tried to replace some files, so that peach looks like rosalina (i changes FitPeach02.pac and FitPeach02.pcs)
and created a new ISO.. but when I started the game, peach still looks like before.. what am i doing wrong?

Did you try all of peach's costumes? FitPeach02 is the blue costume.

Did you replace both the PCS and the PAC?

sure I replaced both, the programm also showed the message "successful"

or could anybody upload a complete iso, that's also completly hacked (character-menu, stages, music ...) ?
