New Project: Fujiwara no Mokou (ZSS) NEW DECISIONS

Mokou is an Immortal "Princess" from the game Touhou (manic shooter ytube it ya'll it's fun) in the game she has access to dozens of fire-based attacks. My aim is to replicate her best I can without breaking her. (In the game she's Immortal. So you can't really KILL her. She'll just come back -.- did I mention that she's also really effin hard?)

This is a PSA hack for  :zsuit:

Planned Changelog:
Neutral-B: Fire Fire's (lol)
Side-B: Triple Burn (three kicks with a "try me" at the end)
Up-B: Phoenix Rise (HUGE third jump with flame wings anyone below her will get spiked...HARD)
Down-B: Shield of Flames (Fire GFX surrounds her and all projectiles and attacks are deflected for about 1 sec)

F-smash: Whip o Fiya, or Flame Wave
U-smash: Replaced with UThrow Animation (low damage HUGE knockback fire element)
D-smash: Double Sided kick and a wave of fire shoots out from both sides

Final Smash: She sprouts wings of flame and dashes towards an enemy if she hits someone she causes dozen's of Meteors to rain down (Yeah I don't want her turning into Samus watch me get rid of that white flash 0____0)

Tilts are subjects to my whim if I decide I don't like them they way they are suddenly.
Most air attacks will be left alone (its a stream of magma honest!!) Nah these'll change too when an idea sifts down.

Guys I've decided that I ain't gonna release her until I decide that it's PERFECT :( may take a while tho cuz I'm juggling school and my Wii is being horrible. So I can't really test any changes I make. I'd rather not release something incomplete.

oh woops, i think the way i said that mightve been misleading lolz. what i meant was that it sucks that i cant test it out, cause i'd really want to, but i just cant =/
