Thunder God (Pikachu) I'm back....

This is my first PSA so go easy on me.
I did this one because I noticed that there are not really any pikachu PSAs.
Anyway time to get to the point.
I didnt change much I just unlocked the Full potential of pikachu

Running now hurts ppl.
Added thunder effect to almost all moves except Dash A and Smash Up A.

Heres his tilt down A. It now trips people


His tilt Side A Now shots out lighting bolts


Air A


Side B. I decided To make his side B into Blot tackle

The GFX on the down B is off and if you do it in the air you wont see any gfx at all.
So if some one could help me out with that then I'd be greatful
The next update will be either tomorrow or monday.

Version 2 updates
-New down B called shockwave
-Took off alot of useless GFX
-No damage while running
and im sure its other stuff but I cant remember right now.

Now as for the cons of V2.
- Side smash A is broken completely I got the right GFX for it but now thw dam move wont work.
- Down B can be spammed I guess? Oh and there is no GFX for down B I might add some during the next update.

from the picture, his Down+B looks too graphical. although i havent tested this one myself yet. i'm just not that into PSA's that take up a lot of space with their graphics when attacking, unless the down+B move is something you charge up and takes a while before it actually appears. i'll test it out later though. i do like your other ideas, i'm just not too sure about neutral A air

I don't know whether it's intended or not but o n the pictures side tilt, neutral air and Down B look a lot like Soren's.
Think about the hurting while running. I don't like this. In may oppinion it's very unfair.
But at all: go on practising and have fun.

Nah the side tilt I did on my own
But as for the Air N and the Down B GFX I did steal from Soren which is most likely why it doesnt work like how I intended it too.

The damage while running thing I dont look at as a big deal.
I kept pika's speed the same for that reason and besides it only does 3% damage.

I broke my sd card so the next update is gonna be next week. (only because I want to test it before I send it out to you guys)
On the next update the down B is gonna be changed completely.
The Smash side A is gonna be changed and so is his regular B.

Are you going to change some of the animations of the moves, or basically just make it an elemental?

this little rat is a bit broken. fsmash will give anyone damage as long as there on ground ~easy spam right there~, the hitbox on downb is weird... if the person is few in-game feet away theyll be hit but there will be no gfx

Yea he is broken the f smash is gonna be stwiched with the regular B though.
And idk why I added "allow interupt" thats just asking for spam.
And yes I was lazy the first time around so during the second attempt i do plan on not being so lazy and put in work.

1) Duh I didnt think that all the way through I should have fixed it as soon as I saw how ugly it was I should have fixed it but like I said "Im lazy"

No this is not an elemental PSA. If you think about it pikachu was already elemental only thing I did was unlock the full power that pika should have.
Anyway I changed the whole GFX and attack of the down B, But like I said my sd card is broken and I get paid on friday so I have to wait till I can even test it.  

Edit: Does anyone lke where im going with this pikachu PSA?
        If you dont just give me some suggestions as is to what would make it better.
