Citadark Isle Problems

Ok so why is Citadark Isle not working over Skyworld or Rumble Falls because it said that it could go over Skyworld and have seen it over Rumble Falls.

Did you include the .rel and name it right? -.- (assuming there is a .rel)

Yes and i made sure they were both named the same name...is the stage messed up all of a sudden or something?

I still don't know why it's not working...anyone know whats going on?

What happens when you load it as STGPALUTENA.pac? Freeze? Or black screen?

It freezes no black screen...and i have been away for awhile so thats why i haven't answered this until now.
