he problem is that when I edit a BRSTM the resultant file has a size of 0 KB, even having followed tutorials and guides and tried with different tools. What happens?

    .brstm not creating properly. That's because your both L, and R lengths don't match.

    Or an easier way, run the file through BCSM and input the loop point.
