You could make two versions...

One with the resized Yamato, one without any size changes.

With his sword the normal length. Even if it's as long as Sephy's. You can just give a warning "The long sword version is longer than the regular hitbox."

hah well to be honest, i never even shortened vergil's yanmato at all xD

all i did was put it in place, and scaled it by 376 bigger and it came out the size of marth's.. idk if i want to make a long sword version..

You don't have to if you don't want to bro. I personally just don't like when swordsman's blades are much smaller than what they should be, even if it extends hitbox reach. I'll probably end up getting him anyway.
