    I thought it looked like something out of a Rare game, but tbh I thought it was inspired by Banjo-Kazooie when I first saw the preview pic.

    Ikr?  Honey Bee Queen (lady-thing) reminds me of that -- I HATE Donkey Kong, I would get rid of him in a heart beat if it didn't require coding...so this is a sidescroller??

    DKC2 has some of the best environments in any game, imo, and I'd want to make even more stages from it, but I don't want to torture people like DSX8 by making them do all the work again  Laugh

    At least do Bramble Blast and Gangplank Galleon.  Awesome Face

    Hornet Hole is looking great guys! Nice to see the DK series getting some love, stage-wise.  Smiley

    Have they ever figured out how to do hitboxes for custom stages? I'd like to do Brambles, but it's kinda pointless without the thorns....... pun intended

    Oh, and then Castle Crush would be so cool, but I don't know how you'd get the elevator floor to crush you under the blocks. I guess you could just have a basic stage that scrolls up, and ignore the fact that it's supposed to have a rising floor.

    If you guys wanna show DKC some more love, you should do custom versions of the DKC Boss room.

    Donkey Kong Country - Necky's Nuts

    Donkey Kong Country - Very Gnawty's Lair

    Donkey Kong Country - Area 5 Boss - Dumb Drum

    Each boss area is the same setting with platforms being slightly different. It's the boss in a room filled with the Kong's Banana Horde. Maybe the stage could be a walk-off, with a two platforms on either side made of banana stacks.

    i dont think aafyre would be willing to make other stages from donkey kong games... >.>

    anyways..
    enjoy some new textures for great bay... some of which i didnt replace for multiple reasons:
    -didnt blend into the other object
    -not the right color tone
    -some of the new textures werent properly blended/repeated into eachother (like the walls, sky, etc etc)

    note: turtle, tingle, and the moon not done yet

    well did a bit of editing to the MvC3 shader and material.. not much, but at least it doesnt look like they were wrapped in plastic now xD

     Meh... Still kinda looks like plastic on his rump, unless you can magically put Cell Shading on it...
    They are going to look like Plastic... Plastic with Pastels paint to be exact...  Im srs here
