@DSX8, random question: Is the gate around the flowers just a flat plane with a texture applied, or is the gate modeled?

Hey DSX8,
I wonder for Orbital Gate, the non-Omega version, would be possible to just have it behave like Corneria basically? I'd prefer that to how it behaves natively anyway.

u and ur BrawlEx users >:c Hey DSX8,

hmm that might be a good idea.. i'll think about it if poly count lets me. That would be cool. Let it just "Orbit" the orbital gate. In a 360 circle. Lol Then maybe animate the Arwings flying in the back every now and then. Probably wouldn't be difficult. I'd probably enjoy animating it. Haha lol no... only i shall animate it :v

for all the animation work i do, yeah... like for skyloft, that whole animation work was hand made by me, and if ur calling that [censored], then.. thats a freaking low ball to me.. edit: 2 bg crowds r now animated with the new feature added into BB: GIF to PAT0. makes making pat0's simple and easy to make now!

So, outta curiousity, I checked the Orbital Gate stage and the total amount of polys is 128.294, while the gate alone has 72.247 and the Great Fox 56.047. Good luck if you wanna make that one.

You could optimize (reduce polycount while trying to retain shape) the models so they will work in Brawl. They obviously won't look as good as in SSB4, but it's better than nothing, I suppose. And I'm curious as to how everyone is getting the SSB4 model files... Is there a place to download them on the internet, or do you have to have a Wii U dusk, dump it on the computer, and get the files from there? I don't have the disk. :<

lol yeah i know... which is y i plan on optimizing it to look like shiet :v You could optimize (reduce polycount while trying to retain shape) the models so they will work in Brawl. They obviously won't look as good as in SSB4, but it's better than nothing, I suppose.

i downloaded it via NUS servers, then used CDecrypt on it to extract the smashu files, then extracted the data00 and data01 files via quickbms script just to get all the models and textures extracted.
