really looks epic xD but no flame on the head? and i guess you need to  remake FS animations so he sits on the right spot? or you can rigg the bike to do that?

i think in the vault there a fire aura CF just need to put the fire only in the head instead of being all over the body lol

Couldn't you just take a model of fire and import to 3DS max and put it on his skull?
just throwing out some ideas.

i have flame textures from Burning Wasteland... but BB has some issue's making the object materials allow transparency... so ya, it'll have a black outline/box around the flames, and they wont be animated either

I actually got transparency working with Infernape's flame by accident lol. Animated flames would be better in this case though.

I could try to get the transparency on the regular version if you want. Since a lot of people will want a Wifi safe one.
