lol the hero outfit link will have the Hylia shield and for the 2 shields... links original model has 2 shields and swords, but their designed to be attached to different bones and how they show up via CHR0 file. edit: here's some FIRST EVER PICS OF DEMISE IN GAME!!  still a WIP. |

Damn, Ganon isn't agile enough to represent Akuma, plus he's supposed to be the same size as Ryu but whatever, it's cool to have him anyway |

i made an editted model of him, just use soft selection, select the lower part of the cape, scale it down in the up-down axis, move it up, and stuff, and then scale it up in both side axis, till it loks like its naturally on the ground..
u also may want to rig it a bit to the legs, to avoid clipping

.... he will be the same size as Ryu mate....  But isn't Ganondorf quite a bit bigger than C. Falcon? People could PSA him and make him quicker you know.
I'd rather have the original characters rather than PSAs, Project: M is too fun |
