Hm... I have a problem with Dr. Doom. He has a VERY high chance of lagging. Even outside of free for alls... He was just on Smashville, and it was lagging a bit...
I notice he has some unneeded vertices, like the full mask, since most of it is under his hood. That's not needed. Also, his belt is a solid polygon... Some vertices from that could have been removed.

I noticed this as well. I was using him on the new P:M Skyloft stage and the game was lagging a bit. It wasn't too bad though, but I still wouldn't mind a fix sometime in the future (aka not right this instant). Also, cool, you're making Zero Suit Samus Nina Williams that chick from RE5 who clearly isn't Jill Valentine! Hope she turns out well. |

this statement is false. MvC models in their original state cause lag, but there is a modifier that lower's vert count without really reducing quality, so if people started using this more often and better, there wouldnt be ANY model that causes lag... look at my hulk import, its the mvc3 model, but it doesnt lag at all |

make the head textures 128*128(not 256*256)
make the body textures 256*256(not 512*512)
make the eye textures 64*64(not 128*128) |

well Jiro... every object on doom had its verts lowered by 50-70%.. verts in the cape had to come back so thats the reason y he cause a bit of a lag. Jill on the other hand.. wll cause small lag in 4 player matches since her body didnt want to have a 20+% verts reduction =/ |
