DS, which makes no since it's Gen V and each new Gen was on the next system till now.
Aka Pearl, Diamond, and Platium were on the DS, which means Black and White, and Black and White 2 should of been on the 3DS.

BW2 is the same gen as gen 5. There are just new formes of Pokemon in the game. They're not new entries, just different formes.

Maybe so, but every new gen, their mainstream games were on the newest handheld Nintendo had out until Gen V, where this 7 main games on the same system crap has started to happen... I think they just didn't want to do it on the 3DS because if they did...

They would of had no reason not to use the 3DS's higher specs, aka the main adventure pokemon game that would of been in full 3D instead of 2D/3D.
