cell does technically need a revamp but would take longer becasue id use the official model plus dot would have to make whole new textures.....if i V2 vegeta you can expect ssj transformation just like teen gohan(which i actually want to do)....id myself choose ryu but thats only because i want to rig his fingers XD lol
