Because a fully working and accurate moveset for him was made on Lucas AGES ago. ¦D

And is STILL one of the best movesets out there.

um most of it is from scratch the only "parts" i took were the face,the hands,and shoes thosew i just edited from sora

It doesn't suck.  It's just dated.  It was fun when it was made, just needs reworking.  Scott Pilgrim is a much better Lucas PSA.  Marth wouldn't be the best choice PSA wise though.  Since Neku seems like a graphic heavy character and Marth doesn't have many graphics.

Then that good sir, is nothing more than stupid trolling.  You're saying the entire thing sucks because of relatively small glitch (one that I never even experienced during my time using it)?  That's just dumb. 

This PSA was made back when stuff was very limited.  PSA itself was pretty difficult (it still is fairly difficult mind), and animating was an absolute pain in the early versions of Brawlbox since there was no rotation wheel or anything.  Animations took forever to do and the results weren't all that good.  Brawlbox was really just used for swapping models.   The PSA itself made clever use of graphics to try to keep some canon to the character (which is difficult when you can't really edit animations) as well as remaining pretty balanced and having that interesting quirk of powering up when you reached over 120%.

I don't mind if somebody doesn't enjoy using something, but saying something outright sucks despite the user putting quite a bit of hard work into it, and it being good for the time it was made is just totally unnecessary.
