We can extract models from NUNS2? What about Generations, you could get a better looking Susanoo or a slightly better model of Sasuke. But mostly the Susanoo would the important thing to get.

i will love to help with sasuke since i am possible needs afew things for my own version of Sasuke from yours (like fireball jutsu)

btw i think i will maybe anyway self rig kid naruto on the rest and for hokage naruto i love it (lets hope it will not be a problem with too high vert count since themodel over ike is: 2x narutos(one for extra clone),2x bonesets(almost but the clone boneset dont got bones like HaveN),possible sexy jutsu if not i adding that one as a GFX

and for rasenshuriken model i dont think i needing it right now since i dont think it will be in the first version of my naruto PSA but possible the 2nd

As far as I know the generations archive .cpk files are not supported yet by the extractor.

sasuke still freezes on chidory? well why not use all of marth coding for n-B let marth hitbox flags  the same just change the frames of the hitbox the animations and check the moves char if this work then on the hitbox flag just add electrical not sure why you uses those wierd flags with 0 all around

so you want sasuke to rush foward and if he connects with someone he stops and does the attack? that is possible  i made an attack like that for brawl styled roy  wit slayermarth if you want check the side B coding on that he even moves  more horizontally depending on the charge
