pcs and pac

When I get a pcs file how do i create a pac using brawlbox? And is it possible to do the same thing but with a pac to create a pcs? Ive tried it before but it crashes my game.

I'm going to use a FitCaptain00.pac as an example.

Then

So really just click File>Save As then click .pcs

And for .pcs do the same steps but click .pac.

Also note; Pcs should be compressed and pacs shouldn't
