how to make a fitmotionetc.pac or fitmotion.pac apply to only one texture?

an example of this is the viewiful joe mod on captin, it comes with a motionetc.pac that resizes ONLY the viewtifu joe texture pac and leaves the other cpt falcon textures alone.

is there a tutorial or simple explanintion someone could give/direct me to? thank you

The one labeled (Size Mod) is to be used with the included ONE SLOT size mod fitcaptainmotionetc.pac or SDooms V. Joe PSA. If you choose to use the PSA, replace the fitcaptainmotionetc.pac included with the PSA with the one included in this DL.

ya im using the offine size mod. viewful joe is small, all other cpt falcon textures remain untouched.
