Well, I had problems with Metal Sonic that I had to fix, plus another project that I was gonna release, so I forgot about Chuck Norris. I'll get to working on him. btw, one of Metal Sonic's problems led to a discovery that might be an insta-kill move:
Parameter 6 (of catch collisions) controls which action your opponent goes into.
This could be AWESOME!
We could make them enlarge or shink,
hop at our whims,
shrink their heads, or finally...
MAKE AN INSTANT KILL MOVE!
and i'm sure Chuck Norris wants one of these for a final smash.  |

the up b move is slow moving and leaves you vulnerable to an easy spike, and it doesn't get you high, otherwise its good.

He's not overpowered enough. Also, his B-move should be holding a cracker launcher and using Samus's FS. And his down-b IS WAAAAAY TOO WEAK!

To be honest, this would work better on Snake, because he looks like Chuck Norris. Unless people figured out how to remove the Captain's helmet...

It had been abandoned for several weeks, and was a dead thread, and then he necro'd it. Unless there is some release or something big for a dead project, you shouldn't bump them like he did.
And it has been more then a month since you last posted, so it is fair to say it was abandoned.
