after about  a year of procrastinating i decided to finally finish a few projects this week xD i'm actually pretty confused by this.  i had a nearly flawless  import  over ZSS's gun   everything work just a few minor easy fixes in the weighting. the textures worked  fine before came out how they should then i went to tinker with the rig to fix a few things and reimported it. well its easier to show the results >.>

anyway to fix this?

Try using different texture formats?

You're missing the palette on the material reference.

Sometimes some setting dont change till you save.  But Anyways:
Try importing the textures for the tail in CMPR format.  Also make sure the textures name match.  You may also need to replace the material for the tail with Mario's side b material.  Good luck.
