It fails for me too, but I don't even get an icon. Nothing shows up.

If you quote it you can check the link though. That model's not fitting on Jigglypuff, no matter how you slice it, haha.

It's Asuka from Senran Kagura since I doubt anybody knows who she is.
Over Link with SHP0 morph faces... and yes, I will demonstrate how to use SHP0 on a model import in this tutorial. :O

I have yet to actually play Senran Kagura, but Siliconera raves about it every time a new one is released so I've heard enough about it. Very nice looking model, I've always been pretty fond of the character designs used in that series. Is it a fan made model, or is it from the game, as last I knew, I thought it wasn't possible to rip from 3DS games...

Judging from that picture, you might also need to fix the shoulders.

Otherwise... From what I can see, it looks like the rig isn't too bad.
