Well the best part and the MAIN reason for the new arms is gear thrid. it'll make it look much nicer since it have four points of turn instead of 2. So yeah I'd say it's worth it just for that lol, along with everything else it gives us

It's great to see people still working on this; Luffy is one of my two favourite characters in One Piece. I thought the project had been abandoned, and I had read that pervy quit working on brawl hacks or something. I would help more if I could, but I can't do anything except ripping and texturing.
Maybe I should learn PSA, so that I can adapt Luffy to Project:M...

this is really funny stuff you people are saying about me, that i don't know how to
PSA or Animate, i do know how to PSA and Animate, i have made 2 PSAs so far on
my vault.
and about the Luffy PSA, i might not be able to make his arms stretch, that part i
don't know and somebody on here told me that pervy quit, so i asked Animaine if
it was true or not, that's all.
