So Most of brawl hacking works simply through a file replacement code with forces the game to check in a different location for the necessary files before defaulting to the disc or backup image.

But, is there a way to permanently hack a modification into the ISO itself?  My friends and I are seriously continuing to hate Brawl's version of Final Destination and various other stages.

So would it work if I decompiled the ISO, replaced Final Des with a hacked version, and recompiled it?

Yeah. Just use Wiiscrubber. It works so far as I know, and I've modified the ISO more than once.

Well, it isn't that hard. All you'll need is the ISO, Wiiscrubber, and the file(s) you'll be putting in the game. Do you have these things?
