Why does the CUPASH not work for me when I do the exact same thing as the guide?

I followed the tutorial (

) down to the letter, but I can't get CUPASH to do anything except tell me that there's too many colors. I reduced the colors to SIXTY, and it was still too many, apparently.

I made that mistake too the first time...The too many colors is with the next texture.  ie if it was kirby6 that it stopped at and gave you the problem, lower the number of colors on kirby5 and lower ones...

You mean even if I'm only doing one of the textures? I'm trying to do Pikachu4_big. Do I have to reduce the originals too?

sorry...I haven't been on the forums in a long time...if you haven't learned to do so yet, go ahead and learn brawlbox.  It makes everything simpler!
