I'm pretty sure he can't be ported over, but I've been wrong before. To my knowledge, you can't .rel port over Samus/ZSS, Zelda/Sheik, Wario/Warioman, Bowser/Giga Bowser (due to them all being transforming characters), or the Alloys (because they all share the same .rel file)
Then again, I could be mixing things up because they can't be .rel ported....
I dunno. I say give it a shot and see what happens. What could go wrong.

over bwoser dsnt work. i tried. but the pkmn, i am going to try that later today/ it woudl be epic to have roy,. then you die, ebcome naruto. then you die adn become thor XD or if i sue teh independent pkmn code, boom. 3 new sppaces
