How to upload to Brawlvault

[Mega Man X]

How does one upload a hack to the vault? Dumb question maybe but I've never done so and would like to upload a project of mine.

Just click on the bright red "SUBMIT" button on the line of buttons after clicking on Brawlvault.  It's next to the AUDIO button.  Then fill out the information and it's all self explanatory from there.
