Basically Im stuck and I cannot get the right hex section of Jigglypuff and replace it with Tails 4kids styled voice hex so I'm having trouble with this winkskin version of brawlbox 0.63d. could anyone help me get the hex and the ending hex for jiggypuff or use sawndz to replace the voice of jigglypuff I'm not sure about this.
