How to edit Camera Angle in SSE stage?

Hi,

I noticed in Brawl minus- that they were able to allow a user to rotate the camera angle while the game was paused in any of the Subspace Emissary stages (which is not allowable in the regular version of brawl - you can only move left to right, up and down a certain distance while paused). How did they make this adjustment ?
