What happens? Does it freeze when you try to load the stage or does it freeze during the game?
Try to be a bit more specific about the problem at hand.

I've had that happen to me too. It's possible the file is over the size limit. Or it could be that the file was originally a .pac file but you renamed it to .pcs

I used BrawlBox to convert it.
How do I make it smaller?

Just do this. Take a clean FitKirby00.pcs file and import all the models and textures into it. That may solve somthing.

Try changing the image format of the textures. Like change all of them into CMPR and see if that works.

Like I said before, just import all of the textures seperatly (desktop is a good choice). Import the model as well.

Then take a clean FitKirby00.pcs and import all that stuff back into it. Like how Baby Luigi says, make sure it stays on the default format. That was the problem I had with my MGS:TTS Snake.
