    Anyways, OP updated. I've got some big plans for being able to load 2 pfs; one for wifi and the other not.  The one that isn't for wifi can have the default stages replaced and model imports (those always desync, correct? I should know this but I've been inactive for a while).  Due to some things being incompatible with PAL, I'm going to focus on getting the NTSC version out first and then work on the PAL with help from sky.

    One thing we can currently do is start compiling the code for the gct.  We seriously need an easy and effective way to manage slot submissions, anyone got any ideas?

    Slot submissions? You can put a poll up for each slot for a certain amount of time? Also, i'm working on textures for stages, something went wrong but when I get them perfect I'll let you know and I'll release them here.

    Keep in mind that PAL does not have the Stage Expansion code, so the PAL version cannot have those custom stages. Which again means only textures for WiFi safe stages (although it can have more modifications- it will at least require unmodified collision data/STDT/StgPosition/PT points (?) as well as keeping bones used by module files unmodified (such as hitboxes)).

    Should we use a custom-designed CSS? (or at least re-organized)

    Also, watch out for models in the Vault with even slightly modified bones... such as maybe the Banjo vertex hack (I think, I got an occasional glitch where he (or whoever it was) would end up far past the top of the screen.)

    Let's see, 42 characters times 6, plus around 70 stage slots not counting customs. 300+ polls? No way. Especially since people don't seem very interested and there wouldn't be many votes.

    Yeah, custom css for sure. probably one of ASF1inks.

    and people can still submit stuff that desyncs, as there will be 2 pfs for that.

    Also, if it's of any interest, this is a re-organized CSS I made a while back (based on ASF1's CSS):
    And all it requires is the CSS Fix code, which both PAL and NTSC-U have Tongue

    I think(THINK) there was a voting system where people could vote for up to x amount of options.
    If, after a while, you have >60 stages, and have to sort the good from bad, you could just make a poll asking to vote for up to 35, of the 60 stages you have narrowed it down to.

    Well I think the 1st priority should be to get hacks for the first hack folder (if we get a NTSC-U version of the code).

    Also, were you thinking about having full hack sets for each folder?

    I'm fairly certain it will be a while before that one is out. With effort and dedication, we can get this pack out pretty fast.

    However, I can't really do much work on this atm due to having little free time Undecided
